LienPulse provides property analysis tools for tax lien auctions, including aggregated data from public records, third-party estimates, and auction platforms. The Service is for informational purposes only.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Payments and Refunds

• Access to active auction data requires a one-time per-auction payment.
• Past/closed auction data is available for free.
• Payments are processed through Stripe. All sales are final.
• If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a purchased auction, contact us at support@lienpulse.com for a resolution.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or scrape data from the Service
• Attempt to bypass access controls or payment requirements
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Property data, valuations, and estimates are sourced from third parties and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. LienPulse does not guarantee the accuracy of any data.

7. Limitation of Liability

LienPulse is not liable for any investment decisions, financial losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service. You are solely responsible for your own due diligence before bidding on any property.

8. Not Financial or Legal Advice

Nothing on LienPulse constitutes financial, legal, investment, or tax advice. Consult qualified professionals before making investment decisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
